Booked an emergency appointment seen at 9am the following day , initial check showed I needed treatment , Lana was fully booked for the rest of the day but managed to squeeze me in so that I could enjoy my holiday . I cannot praise Tanzeel Ahmad enough. Has always gone above & beyond to make appointments fun & relaxed for my children, also kind & explanatory to myself....
On this occasion, for the first time in his care, I needed more than a standard check up. Dr Ahmad went out of his way to allocate an urgent slot, referred me to the local hospital for further investigation & talked me thoroughly through the results with great compassion, as I got a little emotional. This clearly is more than a 9-5 job to Dr Ahmad.
